Yes any racing fan would be disappointed ... however it should take away some uncertainty in the betting. . George Washington can be either bloody brilliant or bloody stubborn!
But yes betting aside his absence does somewhat detract from the race.

How can I say this without licking my lips? Yes I am sorry he may miss the race as it would make it a really good race,,,,,but,,,, having already backed Darjena to beat Gorgeous George, I was concerned to read yesterday that Soumillion was afraid of him in the race and was concerned as to if he could beat him again..so..inside I am JUMPING FOR JOY...my bet seems safer with no deductions for withdrawal.!!!

bring it on ! no im not disapointed at all though i truly respect george washington i wasnt backing him for this and great news that betfred are refunding all anti post now it certainly isnt a two horse race as the betting seems to suggest but you cant help for believing that this is going to be a great contest between darjina and ramonti whilst LOAN SHARK strongly fancies darjina ive got a real soft spot for frankies ride my only hope is that he doesnt push him to hard and to early bring it on.
