What Do You Think You Mostly Are : : Street Smart Or Book Smart Or People SmarT ?

1. street smart :

'A person who has alot of common sense and knows what's going on in the world. This person knows what every type of person has to deal with daily and understands all groups of people and how to act around them.' (Urban Dictionary)

Book Smart: Scholarly But Funk In ( afraid of or inept in facing ) Real Life

People Smart : People Person & smart.

I think I'm more Street Smart!

    At 84 years of age, I can safely say that I am all three. Book smart with a PhD; Street smart from growing up in New York City and People smart from having lived In the USA, Europe and in Japan for many years.

    I'm about 60 % book smart, 30 % street smart, and 10 % people smart.

    I'm street smart and book smart...but I think if I would not have learned the street smarts first I would be a totally different person.

  • I'd say I'm a good mixture street smart, people smart, book smart. Street/People Smart mainly book smart some subjects I'm smarter in than others. Pretty well rounded I'd say. Being from Detroit you had to keep your wits about you!

    I'd say 40% street smart, 40% people smart, and 20% book smart. I'm a little of everything.

    I am in the Street Smart category. Having worked in a doctor's office, I was able to get along with all the patients & I understood where each & every one of them was "coming from" when it came to listening to their problems, no matter what type of person they were.

    I would fall in to the street smart. I'm not book smart for sure.
