What meat dish can I make to go with a side of pierogies?
I have ground beef thawed, so it has to be something with ground beef.
For those who don't know, pierogies are like potato dumplings wropped in noodle, fried and served with sauteed onion and sour cream...at least that is how I'm making them tonight!

You don't say what your pierogies are filled with.
Why not make some stuffed green peppers?

Also just make hamburger-type patties or meatballs in a mushroom gravy.

I make a dish like a stroganoff, with my perogies, I add meat balls, cream of mushroom, sour cream,mushrooms, onion, little milk, splash of worcestershire sauce. Salt pepper mix, cover bake.
