Where will Barry Bonds play next?

I think he could DH in the American League for at least another three years. Do you think he might retire to avoid further investigation regarding steroids.

I don't think he'll retire. His defense is not the worst, but he does require a lot of rest, which is why he'll likely look more promising as a DH.

The A's seem likely as they will be in need of a DH next season, and Bonds would fit the bill.

The Yankees like old washed up players, but I don't think they need him.

The Dodgers and Mets are NL possibilites in need of a Power Left Fielder.

I hope he retires and ends up in jail for either tax evasion or perjury. He earned nothing without steroid use. If an AL team decides to pay his salary as a DH next season, it will be a sad thing for MLB. Everyone should read "Game of Shadows". It leaves for room for doubt that Bonds is a liar and a cheat.

In Japan where he's free to take all the steroids he wants and can play another 5 years

If he plays here it could only be with the A's as a DH he's still like a god in the bay area

I think that he is done. Remember that in the last year that Ruth played ball the Boston Braves signed him and just for show.

Barry would never just sit and wait to bat in the AL.

    He will just retire.

*B*o*n*d*s* should go away forever. Hopefully he'll live long enough to see A-rod pass him in career homeruns, then he can die of heart failure because thats what steroids do to you.

Anybody who's head grows two hat sizes and feet grow 2.5 shoe sizes after the age of 35 is definitely on something that is not legal and not of the norm.

IF he performs, then sure the AL seems probably as he can DH rather than play left field. even nevertheless, i do no longer see everybody identifying on him up different than per danger the devil Rays or the Royals in an attempt to spice up their attendance.

I heard that he might be interested in Seattle, Texas, or Kansas City. Oakland is tring to go younger (players) and cheaper. That's what they have been doing for a while.

    maybe Japan or another country?

Yankees will pay him a rediculous amount of money I'm sure, which would be funny because all those Yankees fans who dogged him for being a cheater will also be his biggest fans.
