on my opinion, YES! why? because there are many disadvantages on that project and the money that will be put to it should better fund the need for new classrooms, books, and skilled teachers. it's not even effective for studying!

yes they should since there was no full disclosure of the elements surrounding the approval of the cyber education project.
in the wake of the ZTE scandal, there should be TRANSPARENCY from our government with regards to large scale projects like this...
