hah, I was just dealing with thid today... I don't know how others do it, but what I do is take my tweezers and gently try to pluck them. Because they are so close to the surface and so thin, it doesn't take long, it doesn't hurt and it doesn't leave red marks if done properly. Good luck

If it's only about 5-8 hairs it may not be necessary to wax them. Don't shave because the hairs on your legs will grow back quickly. I say, tweeze the hairs! This is probably the best thing to do and is much cheaper than waxing of course! HOPE THIS HELPS!

This IS tried and tested, because I get them ALL the time! Get loofah gloves from Wal-Mart or Target (they are about $3) and use them to exfoliate the area. Then use an anti-bacterial soap such as Satin or any sort of non-scented dial and clean the area. Seriously, this was recommended to me by the woman who does my Brazilian waxes, and it's the tried and true method to preventing and curing those ugly little bumps. It has worked for me every time.

See a dermatologist. For unwanted hair, it is advisable to have an IPL (intense pulsed light) treatment. In 3 to 4 sessions, hair will not grow for months. However, treatment is kinda expensive.

i would either just get the twezzers out and get them out like that, or i would just take a long nice hot bath and let them come out and them shave them.
