Reception locations in Vancouver, WA?

I am helpping my sister plan her wedding an we are looking for a place to hold a reception in the Vancouver (Washington) area. Any ideas???

The cheaper the better and the wedding is going to be held at a different location where their is not a location for a reception to be held.

The most likely place for an inexpensive reception location is probably with the Parks & Recreation Department (but they probably don't offer food).
