Should we stay in our contract with ATT??
We have a family plan with ATT and our contracts are not up until Spring of next year, I know the ETF is high with then 175-200, after we pay for another month can we cancel our contract without paying for the next month on top of pay for two ETF fees? What would you suggest?
Here's part of our problem, At and T said on the phone with me that a tower was 10 miles from my house and another 25 miles from where I live and that is not very close although it may seem like but its not. I have to stand by my door to get a full signal, some of my Fiance's relatives have Verizon and they get at least 3 or 4 bars and it's steady enough where they won't drop a call in my house. They also said that it's the house, when I debate to them that it's not because I can get service with Verizon and yet they don't seem to care about my signal. I have called several times and get the same answer that they are working on it, Should I stay with them or Cancel and pay the fees?? and go to Verizon? or anothe

If pleading with a manager doesn't work, then staying or not is really up to you, whether or not you think it is worth paying the ETF's to get out of the contract.
That mostly depends on how much you use the phone in your house. If you're like me, and that's the only phone you have, then it is essential that it work in the house, as well as everywhere else you normally go. In that case, it would be worth paying the ETF's to me.
My house is the opposite of yours, Verizon won't work in my house, and AT&T works great. I already had AT&T, but a friend's Verizon phone won't work at all inside.

call them again and tell them that you only have a few months left in your contract but you can't use your phone and you would like to terminate your contract without any penalty if they tell you no tell them you want to talk to a manager or a supervisor and tell them everything and they might help you.

nicely i could call the BBB and AG workplace on your state and report lawsuits. I had a concern with sprint nextel. I have been given a bill for $95 well worth of overage minutes. I had referred to as the customer provider form to ensure whilst my loose nighttime started out and that they informed me 7pm whilst in certainty it replaced into 9pm! I had loose incoming calls/minutes limitless so why could I run up a bill speaking to my long distance bf whilst he would desire to call me back on his loose minutes after 7pm??? i ultimately have been given it taken off my bill and cancelled as quickly as my settlement expired. I additionally wrote letters to the CEO and defined his workers as finished morons who needed to bypass back to kindergarten and learn thier numbers! base line is decide if the cancellation fee is well worth no longer having the headache. I known because it extortion in my letter to the CEO.
