There is no need to Hook when you can do it Wifi if the answer is are you able too then yes but only on a certain of game 's the only game i am aware of is Pokemon Battle Revoloution which can hook up to Diamond and Pearl
be on the look out for more games cause they have a nifty looking Wifi Logo at the back hope this helped

Yes! The game: Poke'mon Battle Revolution, you can wirelessly hookup the DS to the Wii and use your Poke'mon that you have! I'm not sure if there are any other games other than Poke'mon Battle Revolution, though.
