Why can't you take the contraceptive pill and St Johns Wort at the same time??? and do real anti-depressants work with the pill???

i've read that it can decrease the effectiveness of the pill. zoloft and paxil are ok to take with the pill. you could always ask a pharmacist.

hi
I've heard that st john wart reduces the effectiveness of the pill, it says on the packet, i would talk to your health shop and ask what they recommend.
