No dreams?

your problem is not getting restful deep sleep,or you have a lot on your mind when you go to bed. you have to relaxed totaly body and soul and mind. and then there some who just don't dream at all. I have a friend who does not dream. that he knows of.

Lol the truth is that everybody has a dream every night...but some days you remember them when you wake up and others you just dont its just a lil dream cycle...it happens to me all the time =) its natural everybody goes through it alot of people think they dont have dreams but we all do just there's the days we remember and then those days where we dont=) hope it helps

EVERYBODY dreams. Some just don't remember them. If you didn't dream, you'd go nuts. My mother used to tell me she never dreamed, but I think she just never remembered her dreams. I usually remember mine, but sometimes I can't, even though I'm certain I dreamed SOMETHING.

You probably do dream but they arent significant enough to remember

well maybe the dreams were not that interesting to you, and your subconcious mind threw them out. totally natural and totally ok!!!!!!!. and it is no big deal to not rember your dreams and in fact iwish i could not rember my dreams either,
