Yahoo doesn't delete the questions and answers.

People on the board who read them send violation notices to Yahoo. If enough people object to one, Yahoo deletes it.

You can also get a delete if enough readers give you a thumbs down.

You might want to review the guidelines. People who follow them manage to get their point across without offending people and without getting violated.
