t be able to exercise control and total control - knowledge of everything and knowing everything is important - hence knowledge is power. without knowledge control will be lopsided and hence not able to exercise power in its true sense. hence discipline is imperative for the flow of knowledge to the controllers of power.....
this is true nowadays as power is concentrated into various individuals in many fields......
