I have been feeling dizzy for the past 5 days ( off and on).. I don´t have high blood pressure, I am not pregnant.. Could it be from a bit of weight gain? I have a Dr´s appt on Thursday but i still would like advice on how to feel a bit better..

It could be a variety of things. Stress, lack of nutrition, you could be lethargic or maybe something else.
When you feel dizzy do some breathing exercises, try eating a piece of fruit to get your sugar level up. Make sure to get a good amount of rest, remember that too much sleep is bad for you too.
You also could be anemic, I found this out from my doctor from a simple blood test. As soon as I started taking iron pills I immediately felt better, no dizzy spells or lack of energy.

If there has been a change in the medicine you take, that could be a factor, especially allergy medicine. Also, dehydration may cause dizziness. It is good that you checked your blood pressure, that's a huge factor of being dizzy. If you have gained weight, I would recommend checking your blood pressure again.
Try drinking lots of water and making sure to sit down as soon as you start to feel dizzy.

You will have to be patient when you goes see your doctor on Thursday. Best thing for you to drink lot of water. It will get rid the dizzy. You will be fine when you goes see your doctor.
