I want to move to a paperless office. Can you share with me your paperless experiences?

I produce one lever arch file worth of documents that I would like scanned. Any recommendation for freeware / shareware / hardware / software. Thank-you

Don't bother. You'll spend too much time digitizing and managing all of those digitized files.

Even if you ignore my advice, the simple fact you are mentioning freeware/shareware suggests you wouldn't spend the money to buy a decent document scanner. Hint: a document scanner that can reliably handle feeding pages is at least $2000.

hmmm.....Not an easy answer for you.

You need good software and definatly a good Fujitsu double sided scanner. They will scan both sides of a document at once. We installed two fujitsu scanners and they were pretty easy to install. You can email the scans or save those scans to a hard drive or network drive.
