Things to do near Montego Bay, Jamaica?
I will be on a cruise in late November that stops at Montego Bay for a day and I was just wondering what is a good day trip kind of thing to do. I have looked at most of the major sites including myjamaica.com and was just looking for some additional imput from someone who has gone to Montego Bay.
Are the ATV trips any fun or are the jungle canopy tours worth the time or are there any other inland activities that I just shouldn't miss? Please don't just point me to a bunch of sites I can find those on my own. I just want input from you.

Best places: I would say TRY EVERYTHING..they have a restuarant on top of Blue mountain which is the tallest mountain in JA. Also, you can ride horses in the water, ride "go-cart" like trucks in the jungle, swing like a monkey through the trees, some of the best parties in the world, swim with a dolphin, Dunns river waterfall, some of the most beautiful beaches...etc.
Pick between these:

***I know you didn't want me to point you to a site but this site is THE BEST! It tells you EVERYTHING that jamaica does..
Most sites just tell you about beaches and restuarants. I have done a couple of these things on the site already..and it was VERY fun..I'm sure you'll enjoy. Plus these excursions are so fun..you might want to take a taxi there or visit jamaica for alonger period of time in order to experience them..***
The adventures I've gone to were FUN. I toured green grutter cave, I went to blue mountain(which you have to hike half way) etc. The attractions are ALWAYS fun and exciting..trust me! The Jamaican guide is all about making you have a good time. I hear that the river rafting is GREAT! That's the one where you get to sit on a long bamboo board while the tourguide stands up and rows you(it's on the website). I mean, seriously don't take my word for it..just get out there and whatever sounds interesting is whatever you should do! Don't just go to restuarants and beaches! Experience the nightlife and experience the tours..swim with the dolphins..do something you've never done.
Come back to Jamaica for a longer time to experience what life feels like when you have "no problems"..
***Tips: They'll be alot of Jamaican vendors wanting you to buy things when you get off the cruise..don't get frustrated. These people are just trying to make a buck! If you don't want it..don't take it and don't pay for it...simple. Even if they curse you out..just ignore it. They curse at us Jamaicans too so don't feel bad..this is how they handle business.
And also, don't expect a third world country to look "first world"..our country and culture is beautiful..you must open your eyes to see it. Also, don't get sad everytime you see a zinc house..it's not that bad in the caribbean or any third world country for that matter. We are okay..so no need for pity. Just enjoy yourself..
