WOW I can't believe no one mentioned Amitabh Bachchan! He has to be one of the most hard working actors in Bollywood, he has been in the business since the early 70's I believe and still playing leading roles!!! Quite honestly he has done so much variation in his acting its hard to say what he has work hardest on but I would have to say that his performance in Black was just so incredible, not many actors could pull off his character with such success. I would also say he was impressive in Aankhein in a villain role. Nice question, star for you :)

The MOST hardworking actor in Bollywood DEFINETLY has to be the one and only, SHAHRUKH KHAN!! All of his movies are a success and that's because he puts forth all his best effort! And also, look at what he did for Om Shanti Om!! He worked out everyday doing 500-700 crunches, just to come up with that six pack look and those hot muscles!!

Maximum hard work needs to be put in by John Abraham so that spectators can try to find out from his face whether he is angry, pleased , sad or amused.

i think rani mukherjee, she has been working since she was 19 in 1996, i think one movie where u really get in to her charector is "Black" , the way her eyes move looks like she's realy blind, great work.
