Who are these people, and offer low inr=terest loans, here on Yahoo Answers!!!?
Did it happend to you? I posted a question, that i needed money to get my bussines started etc, and i got many people who are offering me a loan.There even was one guy, who wanted to loan me money based on trust!!!! I mean, can that be real, or it's just a scam to get your personal info and bank account number.

I would NEVER trust giving my personal information to ANYONE I meet here on Yahoo Answers... If you really need a loan... then to go a legitimate lending institution or you could end up in even worse condition than you are now.

They are scammers. They are located in West Africa usually.
They fit in to the category known as "Advance Fee Scammers" or "Nigerian 419 Scammers".
Their method of operation is to "approve" you for loan but say that they require some sort of fee paid upfront. They call it a "processing fee" or "insurance" or "payments in advance".
The "fee" is the scam. There is no loan. Usually they disappear once you pay the fee but some will try and get addtional fees to be paid before the mark realizes that they have been scammed.

if it is too good to be true... it is a scam, if you need a loan, go to the bank or a lender, too many crooks out there, be careful. Everyone is out to make a profit so remember if the interest rate seems really low, then there's a catch!
