REPOSTERIA
1 kilo de harina
460 g de manteca puerco
300 g de azúcar
1 cucharada sopera de bicarbonato
4 huevos
Canela molida y azúcar
MODO DE PREPARACIÓN:
Se cierne la harina y el bicarbonato por 3 veces se ponen en un recipiente y se le agrega la manteca, el azúcar y los huevos y se amasa todo. Se hace bolitas y ponen en el horno en una tortera, y por ultimo se sacan y se pasan por el azúcar con canela.

Orale, muchas gracias se ve muy sencilla, tambien se le puede poner nuez picadita, como otra alternativa o coco rallado, almendras y todo lo que la imaginación, nos permita., gracias lo voy a poner en practica.
