Does neon spray paint glow when exposed to blacklight?
I'm doing a Halloween craft, and I'm trying to figure out what will work best. Thank you

We bought this "blacklight paint" once back when college life was an experiment It was suppose to be sensitive paint to blacklights and it was very sensitive. We painted it on this huge plate glass window in our dormatory room. We used our fingers as one might have in fingerpainting class in kindergarden. We painted the glass from inside the room. Were we in for a surprise, well when we lit up the blacklight you could see the window at night from miles away. It made a tremendously strong glowing colorful display on both sides of the glass window. The guy who lived in the dorm room couldn't sleep because it was so bright he couldn't keep his eyes shut.
If it's neon paint it should react strongly to a true blacklight
