Clavamox is a antibiotic. No it's not one of the side effects. The only one I kown of is that if your give the medication on a empty stomach the dog will get a upset stomach and may vomit.
I bet he is just feeling really badly and is resting. If he is eating ok and drinking ok then dont worry but if he is still like this after 48 hours than call your vet.

Hi, I understand that you are looking for some advice or resources to help fully train your dog or fix behavior problems. If a professional dog trainer is not an option at this time, or if you want to trt training your dog on your own (a great way to bond), I'd suggest you https://biturl.im/aU8V1
A friend recommened it to me a few years ago, and I was amazed how quickly it worked, which is why I recommend it to others. The dog training academy also has as an excellent home training course.

Side effects when using Clavamox include loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. If an allergic reaction occurs, symptoms include rash, fever, swelling of face or limbs, difficulty breathing, rapid heart beat and incoordination.
This medication should be given with food. If the tablets are foil wrapped, do not open wrapper until ready to give the medication.

They can go off their food a bit with Clav but I would be a bit concerned about the lethargy, it could be the dog is a bit sooky and feeling sorry for itself but I would have him checked out, it's better to be safe than sorry.
