No. You may use your VSP out-of-network benefit at COSTCO, but to truly get the most out of your benefit at the least expense, stay in VSP's network. Your total out-of-pocket cost will be MUCH lower.

No Costco doesn't accept any vision insurance. VSP will reimburse you but you will only get a portion of what you would get at a VSP provider. The amount that a VSP doctor discounts in order to be a provider is such a large amount that is makes that much difference. Also the quality of the eye wear you get is much better with your VSP labs then with the Costco labs. And the quality of the frame is 100% better.

doubtful.. VSP providers are generally private practice doctors. But, VSP has decent out of network reimbursement. you should be able to find a provider at vsp.com

yes they do at least I know towards glasses! with vsp and costco' s 2nd pair coupon. 2 pairs of glasses including rayban with poly lenses cost 26 dollars total!
