I have the same problem you do. I take Lorazapam, it's a brain trenquilizer and after about thirty min. of taking it you'll be out like a light and there is little to no risk of dependance. Another thing since I stopped taking that is Jasmine tea, just happened across it in a cafe once and after drinking a cup I found it relaxed my mind and my body so much that I had to wait awhile to drive home. Jasmine tea is hard to find sometimes, the best way to get it I find is to ask a grocery store to order it in, that way they will order quite a bit in and you'll have a ready supply. Caromile tea has never helped me to sleep so if you've tried it go give Jasmine tea a try, it has helped me greatly. What I have had to do before that was just read a book or do something until I got to the point where my entire body and mind were passing out. I hope this helps, plus only had to take five mil. of the lorazapam to get to sleep. But I'm sure it depends on body weight as well. Good luck.

so what was the question? Just gotta say that you are taking alot of meds and if my experiance holds true for you they will start loosing their effectiveness. Best to figure out why you arent sleeping then to try and treat the symptoms forever (couse I understand you gotta sleep now). I take dyphrenhidromine (spell?) the ingredient in benadryl. Works like a charm but wears off and causes dependancy. Go find out why you cant sleep so you dont have to do the drug coctail every night.

Just go see a doctor or even a homeopath because what you want is natural, normal not drug-enduced sleep.

Maybe exercise more so that you feel tired when it comes nighttime.

Get a CT scan for the headaches.

Stressed people have trouble sleeping too, so perhaps you should try meditation or even seeing a psychologist.

There are times when medicines have side effects especially if you are using them for a longer period of time.

Have you tried herbal tea, Chamomile tea? This is good for those who can't sleep well at night.I've been using this and it really works.Take it 30 mins. before bedtime, see to it that your mind is relax otherwise you really can't sleep.

You're dependent on the drugs. Throw that crap away and try exhausting yourself during the day by doing some good manual labor.
