what do you do for a living ? are you self employed?

I don't have a regular job. I am an investor in real estate. I buy commercial real estate, fix it up, rent it until it is paid for then sell it for a profit and hold the note and make money on the interest they pay, thus paying capital gain a minute amount each year instead of all of it at once.

No I am not. I am an entrepreneur. The last time I was situated in an E quadrant was some 30 years ago. Then I moved from S quadrant to B quadrant and now I am mostly in I and B quadrant.

E -- Employee trading time for money

S -- Self-employed buying myself a job working IN my business.

B -- Businessman managing to work ON my business not IN

I -- Investor, having money working for me 24/7/366

This is what I do for living now: Supervising a real estate company in Eastern Europe, trading company in beverages and food doing business in container volumes world wide

I was self-employed for a while on and off. I currently work for an internet media company doing satellite downlink and encoding. It's a lot of fun. I like working with big clients like the NHL and NBA and Budweiser and MySpace. This here internet is a crazy animal. Watchout!

I was self employed when I worked with my Dad as a fashion designer.. but now I'm a teacher and I'm loving it!!:)
