Strange question. A number is either prime or it is not. The only way that 6 could become a prime number is if someone get rid of either the number 2 or the number 3. Six has got a prime number on each side of it, but unfortunately poor old 6 missed the boat.

No, because the number 6 can be divided by both 2 and 3.

A prime number is a number which can only be divided by itself and the number 1 with a whole number answer and no remainder.

No i dont think it can.

A prime number is a number that only goes into one and itself.

6 can be divided by 2 and by 3, so 6 is composite.

    Hope that helps.

    Six is not a prime.

A prime is divisible by 1 or by itself -- thus 6 does not qualify because it is divisible by 2 and 3 besides the above restrictions.

NO! 6 can be divided by 2 or 6.

A prime number can be divided only by 1 or itself.

A prime number is always a prime number. A not-prime number is always a not-prime number.

A prime number is a number that can be divided only by itself and 1, without any remainder. 6 can be divided by 2 and 3, so it is not a prime number.

6 is never a prime number.

A prime number is one that is only divisible by one and itself.

Like 7. 7 is prime because it is only divisible by 7 and 1.

6 is divisible by 1, 2, 3, and 6, making it not a prime number.

No never. The prime number can be devided ONLY by one and itself. Six can be devided by 2 or 3, so it isn't a prime.

no because 6 is divisible by 1,2,3 and 6...glad to helpü
