Put all your music in a folder and then open up Itunes to the library part where your music would show up and click drag the folder into there. If it doesn't work then individually drag the songs into the library some songs won't work depending on the format of them.

ok, go to apple.com and click on ipod & itunes. then scroll to the bottom and under itunes click download itunes. on the left put in your email address and click download itunes. go through all the mess getting an account and everything. when you have your ipod just open itunes, plug the ipod in, registar it and begin. when your ready to sync (add your music) your ipod click on your ipod name in itunes and set all your settings then hit sync. if you have any questions then just go to apple.com

Open itunes
It will show your iPod
Drag your music to the iPod

through itunes, thats the only downfall of an ipod, it will convert you music to MP4s

get itunes, go to the file menu click on 'add file' and browse your computer and click on the song you want to add. repeat until all songs are in your library.
