How do you say health insurance in Spanish?

Came up in my job today. I get seguro medico from online dictionaries, but was hoping someone fluent might be able to verify that.

In Spain we say "seguro médico". However, in Spain everyone has free access to the Public Health System (free=we pay it with our taxes) so when that insurance is a benefit you get from a job we usually say "seguro médico privado" (private health insurance).

    It is "seguros de Salud"

    Medical insurance is seguros medicos.

Auto Insurance is seguros de coche

    Life Insurance is seguros vida

Try googling in with these terms.
