how can i connect a 2nd gen ipod to a laptop?
I've read that a firewire card for a laptop won't charge it. HELP!?!?!

I know that there are wall chargers for the 2nd gen iPods that allow for a Firewire plug. You should be able to find them on eBay at the very least.

You can fully charge your iPod with the wall charger, and use the Firewire card for data transfer.
