Internet connection problems.?
When i try to open up the internet it will take 15-20 minutes for it to appear, once it does appear i can move from site to site freely and fast. but if i click something on the internet that is also a pop-up it will take 15-20 minutes also. i have de-fragged the computer, restarted it,shut it down, shut it down and turned off the router, gotten rid of some files. but the internet still takes forever to come up. What could the problem be,and how could i fix it.

There are several different things that could possibly making this happen but I will mention only a couple. First, if you are able to navigate pretty quickly between pages in the same window then it does not sound like connection speed is a problem. Does it take a long time to start any program on your computer? If so, it sounds like you may need to add RAM to your computer. Second, like many people have probably already suggested, run a spyware check. You can download a free one from Microsoft.com called "Windows Defender." Third, make sure that you do not have pop-ups blocked in internet explorer or whatever browser you are using to access the internet.

Run an anti-spyware test and delete the problems..link below (AVG Anti-Spyware)
you probably also need to buy more RAM (memory)
And you also may or may not need to format windows

There may be adware or spyware on your computer. Try using a different browser if cleanup doesn't work.
