Left Wing= Lateral izquierdo (or Lateral por izquierda)
Right wing= Lateral derecho (or Lateral por derecha)
Center Forward/Striker= Delantero
Left halfback= Volante izquierdo (or Mediocampista izquierdo)
Center halfback= Volante
Righthalfback= Volante derecho (or Mediocampista derecho)
Left fullback= Defensor izquierdo or fullback izquierdo
Center fullback/sweeper= Defensor or simply 'fullback'
Righfullback= Defensor derecho or fullback derecho
Sometimes we do use the English names as well :)

Just like in English...soccer positions also have a couple of different names. here are a few different than one already named. I am from Mexico so they might differ a bit.
center forward= delantero central
center fullback = defensa central
right or left fullback = defensa lateral
usually though you can get away with just knowing:
forward = delantero
midfielder = medio (mediocampista)
defenders= defensa
than you can just specify
center = central
left = izquierda
right= derecha
