why are men  so dum,,,,i hear alot of older women who been married for years say they husbands are dum and useless,,,so im thinking i under stand alittle because now my husband is dum and useless,,but i would like to hear what some other married women say about their husbands after some years with them,,,,,

This question is ridiculous, why are you woman with 'dumb and useless men'...what would that make you??? Been with husband for 8 years married for 6 he's FAR from useless...and I would never marry a dumb man!!!

I am newly married to my second husband....just over a year....I was married to my first husband almost 20 years.....and I would NEVER refer to my ex as "dum and useless"......If you really think that MEN are that way....or if any woman thinks that....they are the ones that are "dum" for marrying the guy in the first place.  And it is "dumb"...not "dum"!

My hubby bust his butt every day to take care of us and when he's not at work he's always doing something around the house (cooking, cleaning, fixing things, etc... and no, I don't ask him to do anything). I have to ask him to slow down and take a break or he would go until he drops.

He's just a great man and husband!

They start taking you for granted. You literally have to read and spell to them. They cannot think and function on their own.

After a while, you realize that you can take care of things yourself. Instaeding of asking to take out the garbage and it sits there for three days, its better you do it yourself.

My hubby's never finished HS, but supports whatever I do, and works hard. Look for the reasons you got together with him, instead of reasons to split up.

i've heard the same with married women who have been married for years...i think that's normal...the more you're married to them, the more dumb and useless they become...wish i could give you better advice
