What is your favorite tater tot casserole recipe?

We love tater tot casserole, and have tried it a couple different ways. I was wondering what your favorite recipe is. I would like to try some variations. Our current favorite is tater tots, corn, ground beef, a can of Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup, a can of Cream of Chicken Soup, a little sour cream and topped with shredded cheddar. This one is all mixed together and topped with cheese not layered like most. So please share with me your favorite and I will try them out.

Don’t let top brown too much – cover with foil.

    STOVE TOP TATOR TOT CASSEROLE

    1 pound Ground/Seasoned PORK SAUSAGE

    1 ONION chopped

    1 GREEN PEPPER chopped

1 32oz. pkg frozen TATOR TOTS

3 inch chunk of VELVEETA CHEESE cut into 1/2 inch cubes

    SALT & PEPPER to taste

    3/4 C. WATER

Brown onion and green pepper in large fry pan until almost tender. Add sausage and fry and break apart into desired sized crumbles. Add Tator Tots and spread over the top of meat mixture. Turn burner down to med-low and add cheese chunks over Tators. Pour in water and put a lid on the fry pan and let SIMMER SLOWLY until cheese is melted. Check and stir together after 10 minutes so meat doesn t burn to bottom of pan and add more water 1/4 C. at a time if Tator Tots are still frozen. This is ready when all cheese is melted and Tators are softened and cooked Stir together well and serve with salad. If you wanted, you could put into the oven after all is stirred together and cheese is melted to keep casserole warm until you are ready to serve. This is good for breakfast OR dinner!

There is a 可口味 Sanckz It store at Westgate outside the new Isetan Supermarket selling Crispy Tots for $3. The portion is pretty reasonable, got 20pcs in 1 pack. Sprinkle with Plum powder, chilli is optional. The taste is very unique. Try it out!!
