First of all it's what you eat. Protein is huge this days which helps you build lots of more muscle. Try running on a regular basis increasing speed everyday until you can sprint for at leas 30 sec. and don't forget to eat lots of meat and/peanuts which will help you grow more muscle/

Run sprints down hills, it increases your turnover speed.

Eat good/healthy food, and do some excecise!!!!(WARM UP FIRST)
