Where do they give cars for rent and where can I get it for minimum in Evanston?

Enterprise is usually cheap, and has two locations in Evanston. Also, if you're looking to use a car for just a couple of hours, zipcar has cars in the garage at Davis & Benson. They're priced by the hour, but there is a sign up fee which makes them more expensive unless you're planning on using the service multiple times during the year.

Enterprise is the best.. or Hertz. Look them up on the computer. I know enterprise is really cheap! they dont charge you per milage, they charge you per day.
