If you were to do one, I'd do the second one. No way should you get rid of Gates for Scaife. Joey Porter may wake up if Oakland ever gets a real quarterback. After all, he is the #1 still. White is pretty worthless. Only do one of these trades if you have depth at the back position. No backs will hurt you more than a mediocre quarterback.

keep Lynch and Gates Gates is having his best start to a year yet, anbd Lynch is about all Buffalo has yes Peyton is a great QB but Plamer is just as good and the drop off from Gates to any other TE is just crazy (Chase Utley of football)
