Change the colours to something much more exciting. On my screen the pastel grey and pink comes out as faded, washed out, and tentative or hesitant.
Not good. Tentative and hesitant work against you.
You are trying to set the stage that this is an exciting page with a promise of exciting savings. So you need some bolder, more exciting colours.
As Bob Marley might have said, Lively it up.
And avoid the flashy, blinky things. They get to be really annoying, eat up a lot of computer processing power, and are amateurish.
