It you are using XP, do the following:

Tools - Folder Options - View.

Make sure that you are able to view hidden and system files.

You will then find a hidden\system file called Recycled.

Your deleted information will be in there.

However, you will need to go to www.download.com to get a program to decompress it. This decompression could take over an hour per mb.

Also, using this method, you will not be able to recover all data. The data that you recover also has a risk of been corrupt.

This will not work if you have formatted the USB Drive.

Also, If you have Windows XP system recover disabled then this will not be there.

All deleted photos video files are still stored on the usb flash drive. They are just inaccessible or invisible. Therefore you can recover lost deleted data from usb drive with data recovery software. I have succeed to recover data from flash drive with 001 File Recovery. You can download it and scan your usb drive for free to preview whether your files can be recovered. Youll need to get some Data Recovery software.

If she hasnt rewritten over the data and erased and rewritten ...

    OR

so long as she hasnt DESTROYED all data on the flash drive..

you should be able to revocer it.

Theres some trial ware data recovery that might work.

    Theres also freeware out there.

Mine was about $40 bucks but it works.

So it is possible...but I couldnt guarantee it unless I knew that it was a recent deletion.

    Good luck.

Google search data recovery..and try it.

Then youll be able to see those idiots that said its not possible are wrong.

Unless you've been hiding under a rock for the last couple years, I'm sure you've heard of the Paleo Diet. Read here https://tr.im/paleodietplan

I hate to even call it a diet, because it's really just the real way that humans have eaten for almost 1.9 Million years, as opposed to the modern-day processed food diet full of grains, sugars, and processed vegetable oils.

Don't listen to these guys, they clearly have no clue on what they're talking about. I am a developer at Microsoft so I know a thing or two about computers. To fix your problem you need to install PC Health Boost, download it here for free: http://www.healthboostpc.com/

It's very light and it's the only antivirus/cleaner with a 99.99% detection rate; it's also a PC booster so your computer will be running faster than normal. Install it, hit run and problem solved. It shouldn't take you more than 5 minutes.
