Any advise for 3 months of continous headaches. Had MRI's, no high blood pressure, nothing any doctors have

seen. Been to a neuologist, dentist, ears, nose, and throat. Any advice is appreciated. Headaches only disappear while lying down flat.

And they don't detect anything? Doesn't sound good. I've heard of this with Sinus problems. See an allergist. Also, I had a friend who had vertigo. She described it the same way as you did. Especially the lying down flat part. I don't think they can see it in an MRI but can provide medicine for it. The medicine has side-effects though. Check into it.

Food Allergy? It may be something you've eaten for years and now your body is having a reaction in the form of a headache. I can not eat pork because it gives me a terrible headache - which is fine since I don't care for pork much, but that is something that just started happening a couple of years ago.

Try keeping a food diary then go to an allergist and get tested.
