What age rating would you say the show "Heroes" is?

Would it be okay for 13 year olds and up?

    yeah its good im 13 and me and my mom watch it

    Probably not. They don't show anything too graphic, but there are some very intense parts and blood and quite a few times they talk about Sylar eating brains. I'd say 16+

    But that's just my opinion.

    its perfect for thirteen year olds and alot younger and older
