Yahoo Answer Problem?

when I click on a question to answer it, there is no line, its like the whole format is changed, I thought maybe it was questions that had gone into voting, but these are also new questions.

Anyone have any idea what I can do?

    What do you mean "line"? Do you mean you don't have a blue "answer this question" box?

    Go to Forum with a BUG Post ie type BUG before the rest of your post
