How do women know if a guy is interested with her?

There is no one thing to pinpoint this, but, for me personally, I listen to what comes out of his mouth and the actions he portrays, I, also go by my "chi", there is a feeling I get in the pit of my stomach, a moaning sick feeling of uneasiness if something is not right, but, I get a calm, easy feeling if it is. I also look at whether he is a man who honors his words when he tells me something, If his mother is living, I observe the way he treats his mother, the "ole" saying is, if you want to know how a man will treat you, look at how he treats his mother and sister(s). I also view how he comes in my door, meaning the beginning of the getting to know each other stage, If he comes in giving and not taking, to me, this is a good sign, If he's open and upfront with me from the beginning instead of trying to hide things about himself, I give him a thumbs up!, If he's willing to spend quality time with me, not just every now and then if his scheldue permits, I also, view this as a good thing. If he finds me honorable enough to pick up the check after dinner and not expecting a pay-off in bed because he did, This too get thumbs-up from me, If he's loyal, honorable, drama free, patient and gentle, he has my vote!

In a recent personal experience, a guy from my job once he started to get to know me better, started staying around to talk to me longer. He also asked me for my interoffice email and number so we could talk throughout the day. He sends me funny photos and such and always sends me an email in the morning to ask if I want him to pick up anything from the cafe and although I offer, he never allows me to pay him back.

I'd say thats got to be some form of interest, right?

I think the main way to tell is if he makes fun of you and jokes with you a lot.. It may seem like he is a prick but really he just wants to jump yur bones.. weird but trooo!
