can a man change his stars?

Question

it seems that in this country as in every other...the middle class is dropping and that the gap between rich and poor is exapnding...

if you are poor can you ever get rich or even get to middle class?  if you are middle class can you become rich?

or if you are lonely and single, can you be happily married or vice versa if you are unhappy and married become happily divorced and actually progress!

with hard work and dedication everything is possible. One can even move mountains. but some people think that lotto and pokey can change their stars. but they are mistaken. they just waste their time drinking. The ones who are really fired with a burning ambition, do not indulge in such things. They are always looking up and planning to be at the top.

According to Heath Ledger in "A Knight's Tale" - you can definately change your stars.

With enough hard work and sacrifice - a person has the potential to move well into the upper-class (rich) world.  It has to do with hard work, a few good breaks, and the willingness to make the sacrifices necessary.

Ya gotta be willing to do whatever it takes... move to another town... work 60 - 80 hours a week... go to college... get a good degree... etc., etc., etc.  ...and take a chance to reach those goals.

Which, in many cases - means sacrificing things like girlfriends... having a family 'til much later in life... partying on weekends... taking vacations... etc., etc.

I would say yes, all is possible and is dependent on the individual. It is all about how bad you want it.
