What is differance in regular and mulit-media keyboard?

multi-media keyboards often feature extra buttons for controlling volume, prompting media players, and controls for cd's and so on.
If you think having those buttons on the keyboard is worth the extra money, then go for it. My computer came with a multi-media keyboard, but I never use the controls, so I wouldn't spend extra money to replace this one if something happened to it. I would just spend less and get a regular keyboard.

It depends on what you are using it for, multi-media keyboards range from $10-$100 depending on the brand. It is useful in most cases as it has 1 button cut/paste/copy. Also there is the windows media button, and many more. Choose wisely
