Is there a gland or something right behind your ear lobe? I have a lump right behind my right ear. When I lay down on that side it bothers me.

if the lump really bother you,, you better see a doctor and if it is painful. our ear have more glands than you can imagine you might have an ear infections

maybe it's a swollen lymph node- from a wound or infection in your face or neck area.
if not go see a doctor

could be thyroid or it could be a cyst. go see your doctor to have it checked out.
