What's a csr? It makes me sad that you 'decided to fire him'. How 'bout deciding to help him. I would anominously call your corporate headquarters. Many companies will allow their employees time off for rehab with no loss of employment. I think they have to prove they are continuing to be drug-free, or they could lose their job. I don't know about Dominoes rules, but I remember Wal-Mart and some other places I worked had procedures specifically dealing with help for the employee who wants to quit alcohol/drugs and keep their job.

Well your not in a position to fire anyone then I would think. Your a worker. Talk to his boss and see what he says. Doesn't sound like you have to much pull. Doesn't sound like you can decide anything, just sounds like you have a grudge for some reason. Sounds like your just a worker with no authority

Firing my not help him. You may check with your local police and see if they can help and you not be involved. That way he/she would be gone for a long time to jial and rehab and might come back a better person. Company probably would not bring back. Take care.
