Consider this persons form and flexibility,which Martial Art would you recommend to someone this flexible?

With the high kicking ability I was thinking "Tae Kwon Do"

    Flexibility is not the primary criteria for being an effective martial artist. In fact, it's not even in the top 5 or maybe even top 10 things on my list.

    actually brazilian jujitsu would serve you very very well i think you should do this its a great form of self defense and is very good for flexible people

  • that is amazing & juijitsu would suit her well....... & she has a very nice body 2 if i might add ;)
