Problems with Windows. How do I stop Windows installer popping up all the time?

Since installing Privacy Guardian, the Windows installer keeps appearing. I have uninstalled the software but the installer keeps regularly reappearing. Can anyone help?

    Download the windows installer lean up utility and install it , then remove any instances of the program that is causing the problem.

    The Privacy Guardian must have more than one software installed on to your PC. Go to Add/Remove Software under control panel identify the automatic update part of "Privacy Guardian" and remove it.
