What works best for children to relieve sea sickness?
We have a 10 year old going on a cruise with grandma. While the ship's huge - the rocking still might to him. Any advice??

As a former crew member the only thing I did for myself and told my passengers about was to do following for sea sickness:
when ship goes up:
Breathe in and hold it in
when ship goes down:
breathe out slowly
do this a few times and you will never EVER be sea sick...

Hallo I have been sailing for many years as crew member and I don't think there is nothing to do to relieve sea sickness
keep in your cabin fruit bread no liquid dry food and good luck
