The best sources of vitamin B1 are brown rice, egg yolks, fish, beans, peas, and wheat germ. Antibiotics, as well as heavy alcohol or caffeine consumption can interfere with the absorption of vitamin B1. So, cut back on your martinis and lattes or use a spray or sub-lingual form (dissolves under the tongue) which absorbs faster (FDA’s recommended daily value = 1.5 mg).
The best sources of B5 are beef, brewer's yeast, eggs, fresh vegetables, kidney beans, legumes, liver, mushrooms, nuts, pork, whole rye flour, and whole wheat (FDA’s recommended daily value = 10 mg).

Vitamin B comes from a number of natural sources, including potatoes, bananas, lentils, chilli peppers, tempeh, liver oil, liver, turkey, and tuna. Nutritional yeast (or brewer's yeast) and molasses are especially good sources of Vitamin B. Marmite and the iconic Australian spread Vegemite bills itself as "one of the world's richest known sources of vitamin B". As might be expected, due to its high content of brewer's yeast, beer is a good source of B vitamin in fact, beer is sometimes referred to as "liquid bread" although this may be less true for filtered beers and the alcohol in beer impairs the body's ability to activate vitamins.
