I picked up a Trojan virus that I removed with mcafee and now my office program and my ip are corrupted?
I reinstalled the office program and the ip program that lasted a day and a half the office program works fine as long as I'm not on line the problems are as follows in the office it will not let me open any document files while on line and the ip (net zero) I have to play with it to get it to shut down what can I do to correct this problem

I am not certain of what you are describing but I think what might have happened is that your McAfee either quarantined or deleted certain files from those two programs you are having difficulties with. If you successfully removed the Trojan you should be able to fix your issue by re-installing the problematic programs.

I know it sucks, but everytime I get hit with one of those I have to do a full system recovery with the recovery disk.
